How It Works

It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 to hire an educator intern through the BEC:

Step 1: Position Description
You identify your workforce needs for summer positions You work with the BEC to develop a position description

STEP 2: Matching Skills to Needs
BEC reviews your needs, working closely with you to fine tune them You sign an agreement with the BEC for the educator intern placement BEC recruits, screens and forwards qualified candidates for your review

Step 3: Interview & Hire
You choose the top candidates you wish to interview BEC arranges interviews based on your schedule You select the top intern candidate and notify the BEC BEC hires intern and performs all HR and payroll functions
